Recreational Day Camps for Children 6-12 years old

full-day (9am-4pm)
one week ($275/week)

July 8-12, July 15-19, July 22-26

Our Recreational Day Camps are for athletes with or without gymnastics/dance experience. Mornings will be spent in the gym learning rhythmic gymnastic skills and strength and conditioning through various fun activities for all levels of abilities. After lunch, the group will have an outing or welcome a guest teacher into the gym.

Rhythm Cat/Intermediate Afternoon Camps

afternoon (1-5 pm)
one week ($175/week)

Aug 19-23, Aug 12-16

The afternoon camps are for intermediate athletes with previous experience in gymnastics (or similar such as dance, figure skating, baton, cheerleading, etc.) and will focus on conditioning, strengthening, stretching, flexibility, balance and building on base skills.
