Fall 2024 RECREATIONAL ACTIVE START
The Fall session is 14 weeks long starting on September 8, 2024. The classes are open to boys and girls starting from ages 2 up to 9+ and focus on agility, coordination, body awareness and balance.

- Next Steps (3-5 years)
- Mini Team (Mini Rhythmic Steps, 5-6 years)
- Mini Youth Team (6-10 years)
- Mini Acro Team (7-12 years)
2024-25 PERFORMANCE TEAM PROGRAMS (Ages 5 - 9+)
Previous experience is not required. Programs run from September to June (38 weeks) Classes begin on September 6, 2024
- Rhythmic Steps (5-6 years)
- Youth Performance (6-9 years)
- Intermediate Performance (9+ years)
2024-25 PRE-COMPETITIVE PROGRAMS
Programs run from September to June
Program runs from September to June. Athletes are assessed or referred by our coaches to enrol in the Competitive Program and train as Provincial or National gymnasts.
