We are so excited to start our 2024-25 season.

Registration is open for all of our programs -- find out which program is most suitable for your child.  Contact us to ask more about our recreational, performance team, pre-competitive, and competitive programs.

Fall 2024 RECREATIONAL ACTIVE START -- 14 weeks, begins September 8, 2024

The classes are open to boys and girls ages 2 up to 9+ years: Stepping Stones (2-3 years), Next Steps (3-5 years), Mini Team (Mini Rhythmic Steps, 5-6 years), Mini Youth Team (6-10 years), Mini Acro Team (7-12 years)

2024-25  PERFORMANCE TEAM PROGRAMS (Ages 5 - 9+) -- September to June

Previous experience is not required.  Rhythmic Steps (5-6 years), Youth Performance (6-9 years), Intermediate Performance (9+ years)

2024-25 PRE-COMPETITIVE PROGRAMS -- (6+ years) September to June

Rhythm Cat, Rising Stars

2024-25 COMPETITIVE PROGRAMS -- September to June. 

Athletes are assessed or referred by our coaches and train as Provincial or National gymnasts.
