Exciting New Programs Added for the Summer

In addition to our Recreational Summer Day Camps and Intermediate Afternoon Camps, we have added two new programs to our Summer line-up:

WEEKLY WEDNESDAY SUMMER CLASSES
FOR AGES 2 to 10 YEARS -- NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

We are offering an 8 week long summer session on Wednesday evenings. Participants will focus on physical literacy in a fun and interactive setting. Other benefits of organized sports include building self-confidence, developing a positive mindset, cooperation and making friends.

FLEXIBILITY AND CONDITIONING CAMP FOR ELITE ATHLETES
This is a special camp for Elite Athletes in other disciplines such as dance, cheer, figure skating, or synchronized swimming. This camp will focus on the skills Rhythmic Gymnastics is known for: beautiful body lines, flexibility, artistry, spins, leaps and acrobatics. These foundational skills directly transfer to other disciplines and will help athletes reach the next level in their chosen sport.

RECREATIONAL DAY CAMPS
(9 am - 4 pm daily)
Full week camps
No prior experience required
Participants will learn rhythmic gymnastic skills and strength and conditioning through various fun activities.
July 8-12, July 15-19, July 22-26, Aug 6-9

INTERMEDIATE AFTERNOON CAMPS
(1 - 5 pm daily)
**need previous experience in gymnastics, dance, cheer or similar**
Participants will improve their gymnastics skills, acrobatics, dance, and learn choreography.
