Fall Registration Now Open

Thinking of fall programming for your child? Check out the amazing world of rhythmic gymnastics!  Classes available for all ages in English & French.  Registration is now open for fall programming:

• Active Start Programs are for children 12 months to 5 years old.   Body movement, agility, balance and coordination are taught through fun and games laying the foundation for lifelong physical activity.  For more information click here!

• Performance Programs are for children ages 6 years old and older.  Performance gymnasts will refine their fundamental Rhythmic Gymnastics skills through group-based training and performance opportunities throughout the season.  This program will provide gymnasts with age and ability specific training in a fun and friendly team-oriented environment.  For more information on this program click here!

• Rhythm Cat is a pre-competitive program for athletes age 6 years and older.  This program fits between the recreational and competitive programs.  Rhythm Cat is an introductory program that gives gymnasts the opportunity to participate as individuals and/or as a small groups with the apparatus choices at their given age level.  Rhythm Cat focuses on Fun, Introduction to Competition, Physical Literacy, Technical Skill Preparation and Development, and Basic Body Skill Development.  For more information on this program click here!
