Olga Shilenkova

Competitive Coach


At the age of 6 years old, Olga began her gymnastics career in Smarhon, Belarus in acrobatic gymnastics and then switched a year later, when she realized her new passion for rhythmic gymnastics.

At age 13 years old, Olga was accepted into the School of Olympic reserve” Dinamo” in Belarus. She moved to the capital city of Minsk on her own to study and train under Olympic champion coach Marina Lobach and later by Irina Leparskaya. Olga graduated from Humanitarian College with a Gold Medal and Honors and obtained her Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Special Education and Preschool Education in Belarusian M.Tank State Pedagogical University with High Honors, Diploma of Specialist. Olga was a team member in sport aerobics at University where she won multiple Championships in sport aerobics in solo, trio and group exercises.


Her other notable accomplishments include:
- Candidate Master of Sports in Rhythmic Gymnastics
- Candidate Master of Sports in Sport Aerobics
- medalist of International Championships in Russia, Kazakhstan, Calais, France and Thiais, France
- 7th place award at the European Championships in Greece
- winner of Republic of Belarus as a team “Dinamo”
- multiple medalist in Individual Categories of Belarusian Championships.
- prize winner of “Nadejda”
- multiple awards from the Government of Belarus.
In 2012, Olga and her family moved to Israel where she coached gymnasts, 4-14 years old.

In 2013, Olga’s gymnasts became medalists at the Israeli Championship in group exercises in the Provincial category.
In 2014-2019 - her gymnasts were medalists at multiple Israeli Championships in Individual routines.
In February 2018 - her gymnasts were medalists at the International Championship in Sofia, Bulgaria
In March 2019 - her gymnasts were medalists at the International Championship in Noviy Sad, Serbia.
