Provincial Gymnaestrada!

2016 Saskatchewan Gymnaestrada

As the 2015/16 season comes to a close, the WRGC Rec Coaches would like to recognize all the hard work and committment of these teams! The Youth and Intermediate Teams have been selected to represent Wascana Rhythmic Gymnastics Club at the 2016 Provincial Gymnaestrada taking place May 28 at Campbell Collegiate (and co-hosted by WRGC)! This is an adjudicated team event open to all gymnasts in the province, therefore we want to ensure these teams will be prepared to show their best (please see the attached bulletin for more info). The Youth Team will perform their Hoop routine and the Intermediate Team will perform their Ball routine.

Details about getting involved:
- Gymnasts will be involved in a club walk-on during the Ceremonies. If you would like to purchase a WRGC Pride T-Shirt to wear with the team, complete the attached order form ($25; sizing and payment due no later than April 19)
- Cost of any costumes/accessories, training and registration fees (no more than $20 per gymnast due in May, exact amount to be determined once all registrations are confirmed).
- There will be a mandatory practice taking place Sunday, May 22 from 1:00-4:00 (at Westminster Church in Regina) that ALL gymnasts would be expected to attend. More info to come.

If your daughter would like to attend this event, please confirm with your daughter's coach or email Coach Julie (j.levasseur@sasktel.net) no later than April 19. All T-shirt payments and sizing must be submitted to your daughter's coach during regular practice before April 19.
