With S.C.A.R.F. you will have the opportunity to touch base on a wide variety of fitness formats including Zumba, Pound, Yoga, PiYo, basic Rhythmic Gymnastics skills and apparatus handling to engage every muscle group, build confidence, release built up tension and alleviate day to day stress all in a non- judgement environment. This unique combo class will cater to all fitness levels and ages.
